Thanks I had no idea what Psyllium husk powder was until I read this post. So I can buy this instead of xanthum gum? That is so cool! Love it π I learn so much from these different blogs that I read. Merry Christmas!
Janet, I’m glad this was helpful to you! I’m not sure if psyllium husk powder can be used in every single type of baking, but so far I have successfully used it in breads and muffins. I haven’t used my xanthan gum in a while because of this. However, I would look on other blogs to check with other ways to use psyllium husk vs. xanthan gum, because I am still learning, and am by no means the expert π
